Owner Justin Haagen Justin has been involved in Disaster Preparedness for over 8 years and she is a CERT Instructor for the City of Santa Barbara Fire Department and a member of Santa Barbara C.E.R.T. (Community Emergency Response Team, a lay emergency responder team.) She is also a Department of Homeland Security Disaster Preparedness trainer and conducts business and individual disaster preparedness workshops.
